Belgo Media is committed to the highest standard of product delivery in all aspects from conception to production, on time and on budget.

Belgo Media has a dedicated team of Quality Assurance (QA) partners whose goal is to break (repeatedly) every project before it is released. QA includes backward compatibility support as well as cross-platform, and cross-browser testing capability. Detailed records of a product's performance are kept throughout the testing phase.

Usability testing involves a group of individuals who test every crucial aspect of the product prior to integration. All bugs and errors are reported, analyzed, logged and redeveloped if required.

Our usability testing procedure is as follows:

• Create a test group consisting of target audience members, staff from our client partner, and internal staff,
  
  
• Implement our bug reporting software to enable testing members to easily and quickly describe the nature of any bug,
  
  
• Use the bug reporting software to track bugs and bug fixes,
  
  
• Use version control and source control software to ensure that no major changes are made without adequate tracking,
  
  
• Launch a beta product to the test group,
  
  
• Make any final fixes to the product,
  
  
• Launch the final version to the global audience.
