Whether you're thinking of web site development, re-design and maintenance, database design and integration, e-commerce or online marketing, Belgo Media uses the same phased approach to our clients' projects.

Some simple steps help us not only understand your company and its Internet direction but we can give dos and don'ts from our point of view for today and down the road. We are not going to try and sell you on something that you do not need today or better yet spend money on developing a feature today that you will not be ready for another year or so.

To give you an idea, here's how we proceed:

• Through preliminary meetings, we assess your corporate needs and constraints,
  
  

• Once this assessment is complete, we write a detailed proposal on what Belgo Media will do for your company, complete with an action plan and timetable,
  
  

• After our proposal and pricing are accepted, we proceed with the development of the project, consulting with you at every milestone, as many times as needed, to ensure that you are comfortable with our results,
  
  

• As the project is completed and tested, we upload it (or upload to your web hosting provider) to your system for further tests and configuration,
  
  

• If documentation is necessary to the project, we provide the manuals and return your documentation lent to us for this project,
  
  

• Thereafter, Belgo Media does a monthly follow-up to verify that the results conform to your expectations.
